    Simply browse through our website and select your preferred merchandise. Then, fill the order form with details such as print location, colour, expected delivery, etc., and submit. Our team will get in touch with you as soon as possible, requesting your designs and proceeding with the order.

  • Will I get a design proof before confirming the order?

    Our team will prepare mock designs for customised apparel with exact measurements before we confirm your order. If you like the design, you can proceed with payment and only then will your order be completed.

  • How and when do I pay?

    Unlike our competitors, we simply do not accept payments when you make your design online and make the payment. Our team creates the designs for you, exactly how you need them. Only then, once everything is finalised, do we ask you to confirm your order with the payment.

Designing:

  • How do I design my order?

    You cannot design your order on Inkshack. Once you place an order, our team will get in touch with you and help you make a professional design. We will fix your blurry logos/designs and give you a mock design for you to verify. So you can sit back and relax.

  • I don't have my logo

    Not a problem. If you have a picture of your logo or a low quality file, we will make it high quality. And if you don't have a logo, we can also design one for you for free!

  • What file formats do we support?

    We can do mostly anything. However, if you must, we prefer .psd, .cdr, .jpg, and .png files. These are the easiest to work with and 99% of our customers have one of these.

Pricing Queries:

  • Why are our prices so low?

    Our prices may be lower than most competitors, especially when you compare them in low MOQs. This is because we want to help small businesses and also the fact that our operating costs are low.

  • Are prices on the website final?

    Unless you're buying products in quantities above 100, yes, they're pretty much going to be the same. This is because our prices, even if you're purchasing 5 products, are low from the beginning.

  • Is printing charge included?

    No, none of the prices mentioned on the website are inclusive of printing charges. Every design commands its own price. Also this is where having larger quantities will make an impact and really affect the price.
