Personalization Guide

DTF: Designs are printed on a vinyl sheet, then transferred onto the fabric using heat. This method is very economical and does not compromise in the quality of your design. Recommended when you have fewer prints.

Embroidery: Designs are stitched directly onto the fabric for maximum life. Not recommended for small orders as this entails some cost expenditure that will seem large when you order is smaller quantities. Also, we don’t recommend doing this at the back of any apparel, as it will get quite uncomfortable for the person wearing.

PRINT GUIDE:

This is a guide for people who are purchasing personalized merchandise for the first time.

3x3: Good for subtle branding such as putting a logo where a pocket normally is, or at the back, right below the collar.

12x6: Good for bold and vocal marketing, but also for colourful prints that suit your style.

12x12: Not recommended for branding, just for jerseys where name and player number is mentioned.

All Over Print: If you have a print composed of a design that is repeated across the entire surface of a garment, then go for this i.e the image is on both the front and back.

Is Cash on Delivery Available?

Regrettably, we presently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service. Due to the personalized nature of our orders, we are unable to accommodate COD. All orders require prepayment.

Can I Make Part-Payment?

For sure. A customer can pay upto 80% of the total value as advance and the rest can be paid once the items are ready to be shipped out. Part payment cannot be made on delivery.

Do You Have Any Minimum Order Quantity?

While we don't wish to impose any severe MOQs for our customers, we do have a tiny MOQ of 5 Pieces. Meaning you need to place an order of 5 pieces at least, for us to begin working on it. We do this to ensure that our prices don't change due to market limitations and other factors, and that we can keep serving you the same price or lower in the future!

Can I Get an Urgent Delivery?

Usually, it takes us 7 days to fulfill your orders and deliver them. But we can speed up that process for an extra charge. However, not all orders may be eligible for it. We would pick and choose the orders we can deliver quickly, without having to change our prior commitments with the other customers. So just communicate your urgency at the time of placing an order.

What Will Be The Delivery Charges?

Delivery charges depend on the location and weight of the order. We would share this before we finalize your order. We work with all major couriers and transports to deliver your order.

What If I Receive a Damaged Product?

While we boast about our quality, sometimes there are outliers. So a damaged product can be returned/exchanged for a new product. Please take a video opening your package on delivery as proof. You can raise a concern till 48 hours of the delivery

Will I get Refund/Compensation If My Order is Late?

The product will be delivered according to the delivery timeframe specified during the checkout process and we are strictly adhering to the same schedule. If there is a delay due to severe weather, government restrictions or any courier delay for any reason we will not be able to help in any refund/compensation but will try our best for delivering the product on-time.

Can I Use Your Services for My Business?

For sure. If you wish to sell your designs to your customers offline or online, you can use our services. You can do two things:

1) You can have t-shirts customized and sent to your warehouse or

2) You can take orders from customers, and send it to us like a Print on Demand Business. You can also avail volume discounts on the same

What is Your Daily Capacity?

At the moment, our daily capacity is 1000 t-shirts per day. However, we can easily increase it further if required in case of larger orders.
